October 11, 2016

The occupation authorities closed on Tuesday early morning commercial stored owned by the family of Martyr Musbah Abu Sbeih in the village of Al-Ram north of Jerusalem following an order by the Commander of Israeli forces, Roni Nomeh.

The Martyr’s family explained that the forces raided the village of Al-Ram and imposed a cordon on the area before storming into the building of Sbeih Abu Sbeih, Marty’s father, which consists of two floors and a ground floor that has commercial stores and storages.

Orders regarding “closing a place” were hung on the gates of the stores according to article 319 on the closure of places and according to the emergency laws of 1948. The orders explained that it was necessary to take this action to impose public order and for the safety of security forces.

The family confirmed that the whole building is owned by Sbeih Abu Sbeih and is not owned by the Martyr as the military order said.

The family also explained that the forces raided all the apartments for the second consecutive day and searched and damaged their contents. They also detained all the residents (all were women) in one room in a provocative way and threatened them by weapons. They were prevented from talking or moving during the raid operation.

The forces also took the measurements of the whole building from the inside and also took pictures from the inside and outside and threatened to demolish the building and suspend their residency.

The forces requested Sbeih Abu Sbeih and his brothers Tayseer, Ala’, Jaber and his sons Izz (18) and Mohammad (14) for interrogation and threatened to raid the house again and execute arrets.

Also, the forces raided the houses of Martyr Musbah and his brother Jaber in the neighborhood of Kufor Aqab after blowing up the front doors.
