Extensions of arrests…releases
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli Magistrate judge decided to release the child Islam Qurt on conditions of deportation to Beer Sheva and house-arrest in addition to a 2000-NIS bail.
The judge sentenced the child Haitham Aweidah for a 200-hour course, a 2400-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 4 months for three years.
The judge also extended the arrest of the minors Ahmad Yousef and Mohammad Obeid until 12/3/2017, Abdullah Anati until the so-called “conduct officer” releases his report; Anati was arrested last week after being injured by a rubber bullet during clashes in Shu’fat Refugee Camp. It is noteworthy that the Magistrate judge decided to release him with a bail and house-arrest conditions but the prosecution appealed the decision at the District court which approved it.
