Prison sentences against Jerusalemite youths

The occupation courts’ judges issued prison sentences against several Jerusalemite children and young men.

  • Mohammad Ahmad Hussein Halseh: Actual imprisonment for 18 years and a fine of 195 thousand NIS
  • Mohammad Arafat Ibrahim Obeidat: Actual imprisonment for 18 years and a fine of 195 thousand NIS
  • Mohammad Samir Mashahra: Actual imprisonment for 25 months
  • Mohammad Bakri: Actual imprisonment for 8 months and a 3-thousand NIS fine
  • Mohammad Ajloni: Actual imprisonment for 15 months and a 2500-NIS fine
  • Emad Abu Sneineh: Actual imprisonment for 14 months and a 2500-NIS fine
  • Baker Mustafa: Actual imprisonment for 14 months and a 2500-NIS fine
  • Mohammad Baha’ Mahmoud: Actual imprisonment for 9 months and a 5-thousand NIS fine

The Israeli Supreme Court also approved the public prosecution’s request to increase the prison sentence of the Jerusalemite Eid Wahid Shabaneh to 30 months after the District Court had sentenced him for 16 months of actual imprisonment several months ago.
