Conditionally releasing Khaled Al-Zeer

The occupation police released on Tuesday Khaled Al-Zeer after detaining him for several hours in O’z police center in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber. 
Al-Zeer explained to Wadi Hilweh Information Center that the police released him on condition of not approaching the works conducted by the occupation authorities in the area for two weeks; he was arrested from his land in Wadi Al-Rababeh. 
Al-Zeer added that the police tried to completely deport him from his land in Wadi Al-Rababeh but he refused.  
The forces had arrested Khaled and his two-year old son while confronting the occupation authorities that raided lands in Wadi Al-Rababeh to conduct digging operations in favor of the “tourist bridge” project which connects Al-Thori with the area of Kind David passing through Wadi Al-Rababeh. 
Al-Zeer also explained that he was able to prevent a bulldozers and a truck from entering his land on Monday; they intended to check the soil and carry out digging operations in favor of the settlement project. Upon the arrival of the police, he showed them he official documents of the land and they withdrew from the area. On Tuesday morning, he was surprised when the police requested him again and arrested him without paying attention to the presence of his two-year old with him.  
Al-Zeer said the occupation authorities have been conducting continuous digging operations in the settlement outpost in Wadi Al-Rababeh and the lands of the neighborhood that are owned by locals in the village.
