On the other hand, the District judge sentenced Yazan Mohammad Husseini (13) for 20 months inside an internal institution in the city of Akko. Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the judge sentenced his client for 20 months inside an internal institution and a suspended probation of three months for two years.

He was banned from leaving his house for any reason, and was not allowed to attend school to finish his 8th grade. In May, he was transferred to an internal institution in Akko. Lawyer Mahmoud pointed out that only 4 months from the 8 months he spent inside the institution will count towards his sentence.
