Isolating four employees of the Islamic Awqaf department from Al-Aqsa Mosque
The occupation police decided on Saturday afternoon to ban four employees of the Islamic Awqaf department from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center explained that the police released Jom’a Manasra, Basem Zghayyar, Mohammad Alqam and Issa Dabagh on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for two weeks and attending another interrogation this week.
Witnesses explained to the center that the four employees started conducting maintenance works in Al-Aqsa Mosque on Saturday. Immediately after starting, they were surrounded by the occupation police that requested them to stop working before arresting them and transferring them to Al-Silsileh Gate police station and then to Al-Qishleh police station in the Old City of Jerusalem.
