Occupation forces arrest two young men and injure another…isolations from Al-Aqsa Mosque

On Monday evening, Israeli occupation forces arrested two young men from Issawiya village and injured another with a rubber-coated metal bullet after breaking into a dinner banquet for Masri family in the village.

Mohammed Abu Hummos, member of the follow-up committee in Issawiya, said that the Israeli occupation forces stormed a dinner banquet for Masri family in the village, where women, children and young men were present. They attacked them for no reason and scattered tables and chairs. Special forces attacked one of the youths and fired a rubber-coated bullet towards him from a short distance.

In Al-Madares Street, the Israeli occupation forces assaulted a young man and his family members. Abu Hummos explained that the Israeli occupation forces assaulted Mohammed Amin Khalaf, 27, while he was with a group of youths in front of his house. He was holding a “plastic gun”, the forces assaulted him and his family members including the women.

The occupation forces arrested Mohammed Ibrahim Obeid after storming his house in Issawiya, under the pretext of throwing stones.

On the other hand, the Israeli police released two young Jerusalemites on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer, Razan Jubeh, said that the Israeli police released Mohammed Ma'touq, 17, and Abdel-Rahman Sinokrot, 17, on condition of not entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for two weeks.

She added that the police released on Sunday evening Ashour Maatouk and Moab Abu Khdair, provided they attend an investigation on Monday, because they needed treatment.

The police also released Ramzi Abbasi on Sunday afternoon, who was taken to “Shaare Zedek” hospital immediatelyafter his release, and underwent surgery on his leg after he was injured during his arrest at Al-Aqsa Mosque. He was summoned for investigation.

The occupation forces arrested 8 Jerusalemites from Al-Aqsa Mosque after assaulting and severely beating them, injuring them with multiple bruises and wounds.
