Scheduling a hearing to discuss the releasing of the body of Martyr Nasim Abu Roumi
The Israeli Supreme Court appointed a hearing to discuss the petition demanding the releasing of the body of Martyr Nasim Abu Roumi.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer for Minors Mohammad Mahmoud said that the Supreme Court set a date of 15/9/2019 to consider his petition on the releasing of the body of Martyr Abu Roumi.
Lawyer Mahmoud said that the Public Prosecution requested additional time to respond to the petition filed to release Abu Roumi, but the court rejected the request and said that "the Israeli prosecution and security services" did not take into account that this is about "burying a minor boy," and therefore an urgent hearing was scheduled.
The child Nasim Abu Roumi was martyred on 15/8/2019 at Al-Silsileh Gate- one of Al-Aqsa Mosque’s gates -.
