On Monday evening, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 3 Jerusalemites upon their exit from Al-Aqsa Mosque, after assaulting and beating them.
Eyewitnesses reported to Wadi Hilweh Information Center that the occupation forces stopped Aya Abu Nab, while exiting through Hutta Gate - one of Al-Aqsa gates - after the Night prayer ended, and detained her in the area and confiscated her phone for no reason. While the worshippers gathered to find out what was happening, the occupation forces besieged the worshippersbefore starting to push, beat and assault them with batons.
They added that the detainees were: Aya Abu Nab and her brother Hamzeh, and Mohammad Sharifeh.
The occupation forces took the detainees to Lions Gate police station, before being transported in a police vehicle to Al-Qishleh police station in the Old City of Jerusalem.
