Expulsions from Al-Aqsa Mosque…arrests

On Thursday, the occupation authorities expelled dozens of Palestinians from Al-Aqsa Mosque for varying periods between one week and six months.

Wadi Hilweh Information Center stated that the occupation authorities summoned many Palestinian youths and carried out arrests as well, and released them on the condition that they be kept away from Al-Aqsa for a week and come again for  investigation immediately after the expiry of the expulsion period, for the possibility of renewing it, while others were summoned and handed expulsion orders for periods between 3-6 months by a decision from the “Chief of occupation police in the city of Jerusalem."

Wadi Hilweh Information Center stated that the following received expulsion orders from Al-Aqsa Mosque:

• Sheikh Nour Al-Rajabi: One week and he has to come to investigation after the expulsion period ends for the possibility of renewing it”

• Sheikh Sami Fteiha, 6 months

• Sheikh Bilal Mowasi, one week, and he has to come to investigation after the expulsion period ends for the possibility of renewing it”

• Dr. Suleiman Ighbaryeh,one week, and he has to come to investigation after the expulsion period ends for the possibility of renewing it”

•Ibrahim Al-Natsheh for 6 months

• Munir Al-Basti for 4 months

• Mohamed Sharifeh for 4 months

• Rani Al-Risheq for 3 months

• Ahmed Derbas for 4 months

• Nader Al-Basti for 3 months

• Mohamed Al-Basiti for 3 months

• Activist Mohammed Al-Shalabi was expelled on Wednesday for a week, and he has to come to the investigation after the expiry of the expulsion period for the possibility of renewing it.

• The employee of the Islamic Awqaf Department, Raed Zghayyar, was expelled on Wednesday for a week, and he has to come to investigation after the expiration of the order for the possibility of renewing it.

On Thursday evening, the Israeli occupation forces arrested two young men, Tamer Khalfawi and Ahmed Al-Julani, and summoned Bahjat Al-Razem and Ayat Abu Nab for investigation.
