In Silwan, Dr. Samer Al-A’war / the Committee of Doctors of Silwan announced 4 new cases in Silwan, distributed over "Bashir neighborhood, Torbet Al-Sawahreh, Ras Al-Amoud and al-Thori" neighborhood.

In Jabal Al-Mukabber, the campaign of “Your Awareness Protect you” announced that a 70-year-old man tested positive for the virus in the village.

Dr. Hazem Rweidi explained that the number of infections in Jerusalem has reached 126 cases, which are distributed in most of the neighborhoods of Jerusalem, and mentioned, "Silwan, Beit Hanina, Beit Safafa, Sur Baher, Jabal Al-Mukabber, Al-Tur, Issawiya, Shu’fat Refugee Camp, and the town of Shu’fat, Al-Sowaneh, and Wadi Al-Joz."

Dr. Rweidi added that most of the cases were quarantined at home, and a small number of them are in hospitals, and their condition is stable, pointing out that the Israeli Ministry of Health has prepared new hotels for quarantine.

Dr. Rweidi stressed the need to quarantine the infected outside their homes, especially that the city of Jerusalem has a population density and the area of houses is narrow and the number of family members is high, and therefore transferring them to hotels ensures that they are not in contact with others and the spread of the virus is contained.

Dr. Rweidi added that for each medical center there is a "corona office", to communicate with the corona patient continuously and to provide instructions, advice and what is needed during the quarantine period.
