The occupation authorities issued a decision to confiscate a piece of land in the neighborhood of Wadi Al-Rababeh inSilwan, to be used as a "Jewish cemetery".

Wadi Hilweh Information Center / Silwan explained that the occupation authorities issued a decision to confiscate a piece of land with an area of ​​more than 1000 square meters, to establish and build graves for Jews in the place, and gave those affected by the decision two weeks to object to the decision to the competent courts.

The Information Center explained that "Nature and Parks Authority” and “Antiquities Authority" began to grow fake graves several years ago in the neighborhood of Wadi Al-Rababeh in particular, where there are large areas of land that owners are prohibited from building on or cultivating.

The center added that the occupation authorities are trying to implement several projects in Wadi Al-Rababeh, as it is the extension and path of the biblical gardens surrounding the Old City of Jerusalem.
