Conditionally Releasing a woman…arrests from Silwan
The occupation authorities released on Wednesday evening Mrs. Ibtisam Sharaf Sumrein, 50, on the condition that she pay a cash guarantee of 5,000 shekels, and house-arrest for 8 days and a financial guarantee of 10,000 shekels.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center stated that the occupation forces and intelligence arrested Mrs. Ibtisam after storming her house and searching and destroying its contents in the neighborhood of Wadi Hilweh in Silwan on June 23, 2020, and she was transferred to the occupation cells, where she was subjected to harsh interrogation, despite suffering from several chronic diseases and her need for medical follow-up and for special medications.
In the evening, the occupation forces arrested Seif Al-Banna, Mahmoud Al-Banna, and Mohammed Siam from the neighborhood of Wadi Hilweh.
The occupation intelligence summoned the activists, Hanadi Al-Halawani and Khadija Khweis, for investigation, and during that they handed them a decision to prevent them from traveling, by decision of the "Minister of Interior in the occupation government."
On the other hand, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Issawiya, and randomly fired gas and sound grenades.
