Bassam Abu Sbitan, sustained fractures and was arrested

The occupation forces arrested the young Jerusalemite Bassam Abu Sbitan, after chasing him in the village of Al-Tur in Jerusalem.

The mother of the young man, Abu Sbitan, explained that her son went out to buy medicine for his father, and as he was walking, he was surprised by the deployment of forces in the place and his pursuit, and during that Bassam tried to return to the house in a hurry, and fell to the ground during the pursuit.

She added that her son was unable to stand, so the forces arrested him, despite his pain, screaming and inability to move, explaining that she arrived at the place and tried to inform the forces that he suffered from previous fractures in his leg, but they did not care, and dragged him on the ground and arrested him.

The forces transferred Abu Sbitan to Hadassah Hospital, and it was found that he had fractures in his left leg and needed a plaster cast.

The family indicated that their son remained under arrest while being treated in the hospital.
