A medical center…an apartment…and a room…. A wide demolition operation in Jerusalem
On Tuesday, the occupation municipality bulldozers carried out three demolition operations in the city of Jerusalem.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem stated that the occupation bulldozers demolished a medical center, a residential house, and a room in Jabal Al-Mukabber and Beit Hanina.
The center added that the occupation forces, police, special forces, and municipality crews, stormed the towns in Jerusalem, surrounded the demolition area completely and closed its surroundings, before implementing the demolition decisions.
The center added that the first demolition took place in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber, where the "Abdullah Al-Sheikh" medical center was demolished. Mohammad Abdullah Al-Sheikh, the medical director of the center, explained that the bulldozers demolished a building of about 80 square meters of the center's "second floor", which was added to the building about a year and a half ago.
Al-Sheikh added that the building that was demolished was used for coronavirus tests.
Al-Sheikh also explained that they were able to postpone the demolition for the last period, and they were in the process of postponing it for a period of 11 months.
Al-Sheikh added that they were able to empty the contents of the building before carrying out the demolition.
Beit Hanina
Suhaib Al-Rajabi and his family of 5 are now homeless, after their house was demolished without warning.
Al-Rajabi explained that the municipality postponed and froze the demolition decision, and the inspector refused to consider the decision to freeze it.
Al-Rajabi explained that his apartment was built seven years ago, and the municipality issued the first demolition decision 3 years ago, and he was able to postpone it and freeze the decision constantly, and building violations were imposed on him worth 428,000 shekels.

The occupation municipality had demolished the Ja’afrafamily house in the middle of last December, and displaced his family, and returned today and demolished the remaining room.
