After being prevented from traveling - Extending the arrest of the Governor of Jerusalem
On Saturday evening, the occupation police extended the detention of the Jerusalem Governor Adnan Ghaith until Sunday.
The occupation intelligence summoned the governor, Ghaith, to investigation at the “Al-Maskobiya” police station, after he was detained while on his way through the Al-Karama crossing to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to participate in the nineteenth general conference of the Organization of Arab Cities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which will be held from 21-22 March.
The Public Relations and Media Unit in Jerusalem Governorate stated in a statement that the intelligence prevented Governor Ghaith from traveling through the Al-Karama crossing, and detained him and his media advisor Maarouf Al-Rifai for several hours, and prevented them from traveling, and handed Ghaith a “summon for investigation.”
