Arrests from the city of Jerusalem
On Monday, the occupation forces carried out separate arrests in the city of Jerusalem.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem stated that the police carried out separate arrests from Al-Tur, Issawiya, the Old City, and Damascus Gate area.
The center added that among the detainees were Muhammad Mughrabi, Bakr Mughrabi, Abdullah al-Zaghal, Abd al-Khayat, Ahmed al-Sharbati, Islam al-Qarm, and Louay al-Qarm.
The center added that the forces arrested the two brothers, Islam al-Qarm, and Louay al-Qarm, from the area of Damascus Gate, severely beat them during the arrest, and took them to the "Salah al-Din Street" police station.
Amjad Abu Asab, head of the Jerusalemite Prisoners' Families Committee, explained that Islam al-Qarm sustained various injuries, and he was taken to the hospital while he is under arrest, while his brother Louay was released.
The police extended the arrest of Ahmed Nidal Rajabi until Tuesday, and he was arrested in the morning from the Damascus Gate area, and was severely beaten.
The police also arrested, on Monday evening, two boys from the village of Issawiya, and a young man from Al-Aqsa Mosque.
A lawyer for the Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem, explained that the forces arrested Daoud Attia and Bahaa Fanoun from the village of Issawiya while they were at one of the entrances to the village.
