A petition to release the body of the boy Ishaq Al-Ajlouni
Mohammad Mahmoud, a lawyer for the Wadi Hilweh Information Center -Jerusalem, submitted a petition to the judicial adviser of the army, to demand the release of the body of martyr Ishaq Hamdi Al-Ajlouni.
Lawyer Mahmoud explained that he started the legal procedures to recover the boy's body and not bury it in the "graveyards of the numbers", and the lawyer also demanded the recordings of the "surveillance cameras" to reveal what happened at the Qalandia checkpoint "where the boy was shot and martyred at".
Al-Ajlouni was martyred at dawn Saturday at the Qalandia checkpoint, and the Israeli forces claimed that he fired at the Qalandia checkpoint.
On Sunday, the court released Hamdi Al-Ajlouni - the martyr's father - on the condition of not communicating with the media for 180 days and house-arrest for a week.
The court extended the detention of Youssef al-Ajlouni - the martyr's brother - for a week, and turned him over for investigation in the cells.
