On Wednesday, the court extended the detention of the wounded young man Mohammad Ali Derbas until tomorrow.
The forces arrested the young man Mohammad Derbas while he was receiving treatment at the Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, after being wounded by a live bullet in his leg, during the forces' incursion into the village of Issawiya.
The young man Derbas was injured after leaving his home in Issawiya to go to a restaurant outside the village, during which he was surprised by a raid on the village and the firing of live bullets, which led to his injury in the thigh.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem learned that a surgery was performed on the young man, and he is still under arrest, and an extension session was held for him today in absentia, due to his health condition.
Eyewitnesses from the village of Issawiya reported that during the raid on the village yesterday, the Israeli occupation forces used live bullets indiscriminately, which resulted in several injuries.
