Arrests from the city of Jerusalem

On Wednesday, the Israeli occupation authorities carried out a campaign of arrests from the city of Jerusalem.

The Jerusalemite activist and member of the follow-up committee from the village of Issawiya, Mohammad Abu al-Hummos, explained that the intelligence services, accompanied by special forces, stormed the village at dawn, and carried out an arrest campaign.

Among those arrested in the village of Issawiya were: Mahmoud Wassam Abu Al-Hummos, Wassam Abu Al-Hummos, Mohammad Muhannad Abu Al-Hummos, Nassim Abu Al-Hummos, Mohammad Saleh Al-Tamimi, Hamza Al-Tamimi, Ibrahim Abu Shamaleh, and Nouh Bseiso.

The forces also arrested the Jerusalemite Nasser Ajaj, after his detention at the Qalandia military checkpoint north of Jerusalem.

On Tuesday evening, the police released the freed prisoner Mohammad Dakkaq on the condition that he be deported from Jerusalem until next Sunday.

The forces had arrested Dakkaq after the end of his 10-month prison sentence.
