Day 13: Al-Aqsa Flood Operation in the city of Jerusalem
On the thirteenth day of “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation, the siege imposed on Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Old City of Jerusalem continued, and arrests, raids, and the establishment of checkpoints continued in the towns.
The occupation forces were deployed at the entrances to the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and tighten their presence in conjunction with the imposed prayer times. The forces impose restrictions on the entry of worshipers to Al-Aqsa, and permanently prevent young people, while allowing the elderly to enter, and on several occasions they were prevented. At the gates of the Old City, the occupation authorities arrest young men, examine their identities, conduct field investigations with them, and search them against the walls.
Settlers’ raids on Al-Aqsa Mosque continue, amid restrictions imposed on Muslims’ entry to it, and 105 extremists carried out their incursions into Al-Aqsa.
The forces also arrested young men while they were traveling in their vehicles or motorcycles, in the streets of Jerusalem, towns, and neighborhoods, and deliberately physically searched them in a provocative manner, in addition to searching vehicles and motorcycles.
In the evening hours, violent confrontations broke out in the Shu’fat refugee camp, and the forces heavily fired gas bombs into the streets of the camp, in addition to spraying wastewater.
Clashes also broke out in the town of Al-Tur in the evening hours.
Arrests and summonses continued in the city of Jerusalem, and detainees were transferred to administrative detention. The following were monitored by the center:

7. Activist Mohammad Abu Al-Hummos “summoned for investigation and was handed a decision to expel him from Al-Aqsa for a week, with the possibility of a renewal.”
