Day 20: Al-Aqsa Flood Operation in the city of Jerusalem
On the 20th day of “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation, the siege imposed on Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Old City continued, and arrest campaigns and raids on towns and homes continued.
The occupation forces imposed restrictions on the entry of worshipers into Al-Aqsa Mosque, and prevented young men and women from entering it, with the exception of the elderly.
The police deployed at the gates of Al-Aqsa, stopped and checked the identities of worshipers, and subjected them to a physical search.
145 extremists carried out their incursions on Al-Aqsa Mosque, during the morning and afternoon periods.
At the gates of the Old City and in its roads, forces are deployed, arresting young men, examining their identities, and conducting a field investigation with them.
The incursions and raids into the city's towns and neighborhoods also continued, and in the evening hours, the forces stormed the village of Issawiya, and heavily fired tear gas bombs, and carried out arrests.
In the afternoon hours, the forces stormed the house of Ayed Attia - the father of the wounded prisoner Daoud Attia - who has been detained for a month.
The campaigns of arrests, summonses, and issuance of administrative detention orders continued, and the center monitored the following:
