Day 146: Jerusalem during “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation
On the 146th day of "Al-Aqsa Flood Operation", the forces continued their incursions into the towns and neighborhoods in the city of Jerusalem, and the restrictions imposed on worshipers entering the mosque continued.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center – Jerusalem explained that the police have been installing surveillance cameras for about a week in the neighborhoods and towns of the city of Jerusalem, and yesterday they stormed the village of Sur Baher and installed surveillance cameras.
The center added that the forces carried out incursions into a number of neighborhoods in Jerusalem, including the village of Issawiya, and a joint force from the "municipality/department of demolition and construction, the tax, the police", raided the house of Mohammad Nasser Mahmoud and imposed random fines on him and handed him a summon to follow up with the municipality, in addition to revoking the license of 3 vehicles.
The occupation authorities continue to impose their restrictions on worshipers entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque, by preventing young men and women from entering it, stationing themselves at its gates, and stopping those entering it.
The settlers' incursions into Al-Aqsa continued through Dung Gate, and 141 settlers carried out their incursions into the mosque.
Late yesterday evening, the police placed the iron barriers in the Lions Gate square, and the Lions Gate area -outside the Jerusalem wall-.
