Al-Aqsa Mosque…Continual incursions…Prayers and I’tikaf
211 settlers carried out their incursions into Al-Aqsa, during the morning incursions period, on the day of the preparatory fast for the Purim holiday, and the settlers led the prayers during the incursion, which was guarded by the Israeli occupation forces, knowing that the incursions were carried out through the Dung Gate, the keys to which have been controlled by the occupation authorities since the occupation of Jerusalem.
Tens of thousands flocked to Al-Aqsa on the 11th day of Ramadan, from the Dawn prayer until Ishaa and Taraweeh, and dozens of young men did I’tikaf at Al-Aqsa, and dozens of buses from all the cities and villages of the Palestinian 1948 lands traveled to Al-Aqsa.
The Islamic Endowments Department said that 50,000 worshipers performed the Ishaa and Taraweeh prayers in the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Israeli forces continued to be present and stationed at all the gates of al-Aqsa and the roads leading to it, and the forces stopped the young men and searched them and checked their identities.
