Day 170: Jerusalem during “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation

102 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa, on the "Purim" holiday, in the form of successive groups, through Dung Gate, guarded by the Israeli occupation forces.
The settlers performed prayers during the storming of Al-Aqsa.
Tens of thousands of Muslims continued to flock to Al-Aqsa on the 14th day of Ramadan, from the Fajer prayer until the Ishaa and Taraweeh prayers.
The Israeli occupation forces also continued their presence at the Al-Aqsa gates and its roads and at the gates of the Old City, and stopped the worshippers, especially the young men, and subjected some to searches and inspections.
Depriving the people of the West Bank from participating in the "Palm Sunday" in Jerusalem
The Israeli procedures and restrictions restricted the arrival of Christian Palestinians from the West Bank to the city of Jerusalem, to participate in Palm Sunday holiday.
The occupation authorities required the Christians to obtain special permits to enter Jerusalem, through the checkpoints established at the entrances of the city.
The "Palm Sunday" march started from the church of Beit Faji in the town of Al-Tur, all the way to the Old City, where special prayers for the holiday were held.
The forces closed many roads and streets in the vicinity of Lions Gate, in conjunction with the march.
Raids... Arrests... Deportations and expulsions
The occupation intelligence at the Al-Qishleh Police Center handed the Jerusalemite activist, Mohammad Abu Al-Hummos, a decision to expel him from Al-Aqsa Mosque for a week, with the possibility of renewal.
The occupation authorities also deported two young men from the Old City of Jerusalem for a month and a half.
The forces continued their incursions into the towns and neighborhoods in Jerusalem, and set up checkpoints in several areas.
At midnight, the forces arrested the two young men Abdulrahman Bashiti and Ahmad Najib, from Sheikh Jarrah, and presented them to court. The judge decided to extend the detention of Bashiti until next Tuesday, and released Najib.
