Day 346 Jerusalem during “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation
September 16, 2024

On the 346th day of "Al-Aqsa Flood Operation", settlers seized a residential apartment in the town of At-Tur after purchasing it from its owner, "as explained by family members," while settlers' raids and prayers in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and raids on towns and neighborhoods in Jerusalem continued.

A new property in the hands of settlers

At dawn on Monday, dozens of settlers, accompanied by police and special forces, stormed a residential apartment on "Al-Khalwa" Street in the town of At-Tur, and seized it after purchasing it from its owner who lives in the United States of America.

Mrs. Ibtisam Abu Al-Hawa explained that the apartment is owned by one of her relatives who has been in America for years, and recently sold it to the settlers, noting that a man lived in the house and died two weeks ago. The family had rented the property to a new tenant who put some furniture and materials to renovate the apartment, but the apartment was stormed today and seized by the settlers.

Ibtisam Abu Al-Hawa added that the settlers seized the apartment and a plot of land belonging to it, and during that time they placed wires and iron doors on the entrance to the apartment and around the land that was seized, in addition to installing surveillance cameras.

Mrs. Ibtisam's house became adjacent to the “leaked” settlers' house.

Settler incursions

188 extremists carried out their incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque, through the Dung Gate, whose keys have been controlled by the occupation authorities since the occupation of Jerusalem.

The settlers performed prayers during the incursions into Al-Aqsa.

The forces continued to be present at the gates of Al-Aqsa, checking the identities of those coming to it, and continued to randomly prevent young men and boys from entering the mosque.

Demolition orders and summons to the municipality

The municipality crews, accompanied by special forces, stormed the Al-Bustan neighborhood in the town of Silwan, and hung up demolition decisions and notices, and summonses to follow up with the municipality.

Incursions and checkpoints

The forces continued to storm the towns and neighborhoods in the city of Jerusalem, and set up checkpoints in the city streets.
