Day 470 Jerusalem during “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation
On the 470th day of "Al-Aqsa Flood” operation, sirens sounded in the city of Jerusalem, while the intelligence services, accompanied by forces, stormed the homes of Jerusalemite prisoners who are scheduled to be released in the first phase of the exchange deal. The raids and arrests continued in the city of Jerusalem.

Storming the homes of Jerusalemite prisoners
The occupation intelligence services, accompanied by police officers, stormed a number of homes of Jerusalemite prisoners, whose names were included in the lists of prisoners scheduled to be released in the first phase of the exchange deal between Israel and Hamas.
The intelligence services asked the families not to gather or raise banners and flags during the release of their imprisoned sons and daughters and threatened the family in the event of gathering.
It is noteworthy that the occupation authorities imposed strict restrictions last year during the release of Jerusalemite prisoners in the exchange deal, including late release hours, the presence of forces in front of the prisoners’ homes and preventing access to them, storming homes and removing residents and press crews from them, in addition to detaining a family member in the Al-Maskobyeh police station for long hours and releasing him/her with the prisoner in front of their home accompanied by intelligence personnel in an intelligence vehicle.
Raids and Arrests
In the morning, the forces raided the Batn al-Hawa neighborhood in the town of Silwan and assaulted the residents by arresting, beating, and throwing tear gas and sound bombs.
Siraj Abu Arafa, a lawyer for the Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem, explained that the forces arrested Qusai al-Rajabi, Saleh Sha’lan, Mohammad Awad, and Mahmoud Sha’lan from the town of Silwan, and after hours of detention and investigation, they were released on condition that they be deported from the Batn al-Hawa neighborhood.
The forces also arrested the young man Ali Abu Ghayatha.
In the evening, the forces arrested a young man from the Shu’fat refugee camp and severely beat him.
The forces arrested a young man at the Qalandia refugee camp checkpoint north of Jerusalem, under the pretext of "possession of a knife."
The forced raided the village of Issawiya and the town of Al-Tur and fired tear gas bombs randomly, and spread out in the streets.
Yesterday evening, the forces arrested 4 Jerusalemites from the Shu’fat refugee camp, under the pretext of "distributing sweets and celebrating the exchange deal."
