Mass deportations from Al-Aqsa and continuous summonses
The occupation authorities continued to issue deportation orders from Al-Aqsa Mosque, along with summonses for investigation, in preparation for issuing similar orders.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Jerusalem explained that the occupation authorities today handed a group of young men orders banning them from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for a week. The deportees will be required to return immediately upon the expiration of the specified period, to review the renewal of the orders for longer periods, which could extend to several months, according to the text of the orders.
The orders included: Musa Fatafta, Murad Alayan, Fouad Al-Qaq, Sultan Abu Diab, Moab Abu Khdeir, Obaida Al-Tawil, Nidal Siam, Naseem Hamada, Nour Hamada, Mohammad Zghayar, Mohammad Abu Sbeih, and Mahmoud Barakat.
The center noted that some of those who received the orders preferred to remain anonymous.
In the same context, the occupation authorities continued to raid homes and deliver summonses, or call young men by phone, demanding that they report to police stations to review their ban orders from Al-Aqsa Mosque.
These measures come amid preparations for the longest Jewish holiday season, which begins on September 20 with Rosh Hashanah, followed by Yom Kippur in early October, and Sukkot on October 6. As has been the custom in past years, during these occasions, Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque witness mass incursions by settlers and public rituals within its courtyards, preceded by widespread arrests, summonses, and deportations targeting Jerusalemites and worshipers.
