14 prisoners with blue ID cards included in the exchange deal, 7 on condition of deportation
on Friday afternoon, the Israeli Ministry of Justice published a list of 250 Palestinian prisoners scheduled to be released in the exchange deal between Israel and Hamas. The list includes 14 prisoners holding "blue" Israeli ID cards, including eight prisoners serving life sentences, seven of whom will be deported, four prisoners serving long sentences, and two detainees (who have not yet been sentenced).
Prisoners scheduled to be released (blue ID cards):
1. Ahmed Adel Jaber Saada, 43, detained since 2003 (deportation).
2. Ayman Hassan Mohammad al-Kurd, 29, detained since 2016 (sentenced to 35 years and suffering from hemiplegia due to injuries sustained at the time of arrest).
3. Ayman Abdul Majeed Sider, 59, detained since 1996 (deportation).
4. Diaa Ahmed Ali Matar, 49 years old, detained since 2007 (deportation).
5. Khaled Mohammed Ahmed Sabah, 63 years old, detained since 2022 (detained, not yet sentenced).
6. Hussam Mohammed Ali Matar, 42 years old, detained since 2007 (deportation).
7. Mohammed Rajab Hassan Abu Qteish, 19 years old, detained since 2022 (sentenced to 15 years in prison).
8. Mohammad Mamoun Mohammad Mheisen, 21 years old, detained since 2024 (sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison).
9. Nabil Hassan Abdul Aziz Abu Khdair, 55 years old, detained since 2009.
10. Nasri Eid Hassan Assi, 48 years old, detained since 2004 (deportation).
11. Suhail Mohammad Yusuf Shqeirat, 42 years old, detained since 2007 (deportation).
12. Sufian Omar Musa Ajlouni, 27 years old, detained since 2022 (detained, not yet sentenced).
13. Omar Muwaffaq Shehada Eid, 31 years old, detained since 2020 (sentenced to 20 years in prison).
14. Firas Sadiq Mohammad Ghanem, 51 years old, detained since 2002 (deportation).
