November 5, 2025

This week, the Israeli Public Prosecution filed indictments against 11 Palestinian youths from the Jerusalem neighborhoods of Issawiya, Al-Tur, and Sheikh Jarrah.

Lawyers from the Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Jerusalem explained that the indictments were filed in the Magistrate's and District Courts against the 11 youths, aged between 14 and 17, from the Issawiya, Al-Tur, and Sheikh Jarrah.

The legal team (lawyers Mohammad Mahmoud, Firas Al-Jabrini, and Siraj Abu Arafeh) added that the indictments included charges related to "participating in clashes in Issawiya and throwing stones and Molotov cocktails at Israeli occupation forces" during three days last October.

The center noted that Issawiya witnessed a widespread arrest campaign in the past two weeks, targeting children and youths from the village. Several of their family members were also summoned for investigation.

Some of those arrested were later released, while others remain in detention and have been indicted. The names of the boys against whom indictments were filed are:

Ali Mahmoud, Mohammad Sabta, Ahmed Dari, Munther Msh’ash, Ayman Al-Biros, Ali Mahmoud, Radi Nasser, Mohammad Al-Khatib, Murad Abu Rayaleh, Adam Ghaith, and Mohammad Abu Asab.
