Prison sentences and fines…conditional releases
The Israeli judges sentenced several Jerusalemites and decided to conditionally release others.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the judges sentenced the following:
- Hamada Hareez (minor): Actual imprisonment for 5 months, a suspended probation of 4 months for three years and a 2500-NIS fine.
- Mohammad Shweiki and Yousef Shweiki (minors): Actual imprisonment for 6 months and one day and a suspended probation of 4 months for three years.
- Mohammad Nofal: A 2500-NIS fine and an unpaid bail of 2000 NIS in addition to a 150-hour course.
- Sufian Far’on: Actual imprisonment for 8 months, a suspended probation of 4 months for three years and a 2500-NIS fine.
The judge also extended the arrest of 15-year old Mohammad Abu Khdeir until 13/5/2016.
Releases…
The judge decided to release Mohammad Tamimi, Mahmoud Salim and Mohammad Shawish with a 500-NIS third-party bail and house-arrest of 5 days for each.
He also released Mohammad Jaber with a 700-NIS bail, a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS and house-arrest for 6 days. Also, Mohammad Atyeh was released with a 500-NIS bail, a 5-thousand NIS third-party bail and house-arrest for 5 days while Basem Natsheh was released with a 700-NIS bail, house-arrest for 6 days and a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS.
Salah Al-Razem was released unconditionally; he was arrested on Wednesday from the Old City of Jerusalem.
Isolations from Al-Aqsa Mosque…
The judge released Seif Abu Ta’a on condition of a third-party bail and isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 60 days.
The occupation intelligence handed the elderly Marwan Hashlamon a decision to isolate him from Al-Aqsa Mosque for three months.
Extension of arrest…
The judge extended the arrest of the child Mahmoud Hijazi until 23/6/2016, Yazan N’aji indefinitely, Omar Ishtay until 26/5/2016 (conduct officer’s report), Tarek Samman until 13/5/2016, Issa Firawi until 12/7/2016 and Firas Mahmoud until 13/5/2016.
