Silwan: Distributing demolition notices to residential establishments
Joint crew of occupation municipality and Israeli forces raided the village of Silwan on Friday and distributed “demolition notices before submitting indictments” under the pretext of building without a permit.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center explained that the occupation municipality along with Israeli forces raided several neighborhoods in Silwan and took pictures of establishments and the entrances of neighborhoods before distributing “demolition notices” to residential establishments in the neighborhoods of Wadi Hilweh, Ein Al-Lozeh and Wad Yasool before submitting indictments against the owners.
The center explained that the municipality targeted residential apartments within buildings in Wadi Hilweh that have been established for 15 years and are owned by the families of Abu Nab, Siam, Gheith; 20 individuals live in those apartments.
