Extending the house-arrest imposed on a Jerusalemite woman….releases…extensions of arrest
The Israeli Magistrate judge extended the house-arrest imposed on Sahar Natsheh until 24/11/2016. She has been under house-arrest for 7 and a half months under the pretext of “incitement on Facebook”.
The judge also decided to release 18-year old Izz Abu Sbeih, son of Martyr Musbah, with a 1500-NIS bail and house-arrest for 8 days and also released Ahmad Shawish and Dia’ Obeid.
Prison sentences…
Lawyer Mohamamd Mahmoud explained that the judge sentenced Mahmoud Abu Sneineh for 10 months of actual imprisonment, a 1500-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 12 months for three years.
He also sentenced the child Mohammad Ammouri for 6 months of public service, a 5-thousand NIS fine and a suspended probation of 12 months for three years.
Extensions of arrest…
On Tuesday, the judge extended the arrest of 18-year old Mohammad Shyoukhi, twin-brother of Martyr Ali, until completing the legal procedures against him.
Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge extended the arrest of Mohamamd Abu Jom’a, Mustafa Abbasi, Mahmoud Shweiki, Ayoub Abed, Ahmad Al-Razem, Fahed Abu Sbitan, Mohammad Al-Ghoul, Mohamamd Al-Qaq and Mustafa Abbasi until 2/11/2016.
He also extended the arrest of Mohamamd Salaymeh and Mohammad Assaileh until 1/12/2016, Mohamamd Taha until 7/11/2016, Rami Rabee’ and Salah Eddin until 27/11/2016, Mo’nes Dkeidek until 7/11/2016, Ibrahim Za’tari until 13/12/2016, Yousef Abu Shkeidem and Mohamamd Bayya’ until 3/12/2016, Abdelrahman Abbasi until 2/11/2016, Fadi Shawa and Jawad Meze’ro until 3/11/2016, Dalal Abulhawa and Yehya Abu Khdeir until 23/11/2016, Mohammad Fawwaz Joulani until 30/11/2016, Shadi Mheisen until 6/11/2016 and Mahmoud Abu Shamsieh until 27/2/2017.
Extensions of arrest for sentencing
The judge also extended the arrest of the child Adham Ja’abees until 24/11/2016; Omar Abulhawa, Abdullah Samer Fahed Abu Sbitan, Basem Maher Sbitani, Siraj Mahmoud Odeh Abu Sbitan and Mahmoud Ahmad Abulhawa until 28/12/2016 for sentencing.
