Extensions of arrest…conditional releases
The Israeli judges extended the arrest of several young men and children to continue interrogating them, and released others.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mousa Shukri and Basem Hijazi, and the children Hussein Darwish and Adam Mustafa until 3/11/2016. He also extended the arrest of Mahmoud Abu Sneineh, Nadim Zahra and Ismaeel Mheisen until 4/11/2016, Odai Dari and Ayoub Abed until 6/11/2016 and Mohammad Shyoukhi until 1/12/2016 to read an indictment against him.
The judge also extended the arrest of the child Haitham Aweidah until completing the legal procedures against him, Rami Abdel Latif until 7/12/2016 (a session to appeal the sentence issued against her), Mohammad Totah and Ala’ Akoob and Abed Abbasi until 17/11/2016.
Releases…
The judge decided to release Mohammad Shalabi with a 1500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 10 days and a third-party bail and also released Mustafa Abbasi with a 750-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail while Mousa Abu Ghannam was released with a 1500-NIS bail, house-arrest and a third-party bail.
In the same context, Mahmoud Shweiki was released with a 500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail.
Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge also decided to release Mohammad Abu Jom’a, Fahed Abu Sbitan, Mohamamd Al-Ghoul, Mahmoud Al-Qaq and Ahmad Al-Razem with a third-party bail for each.
