The occupation forces arrest two minors…sentencing three Jerusalemites…extensions of arrest

The occupation forces arrested on Monday night two minors from the villages of Esawyeh and Jabal Al-Mukabber.

Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer explained that the Israeli forces arrested 15-year old Ihab Ibrahim Sroor from Jabal Al-Mukabber and transferred him for interrogation at O’z police center which is established on the lands of the village. They also arrested 15-year old Issa Mohammad Abu Ryaleh from the village of Esawyeh and transferred him for interrogation at Salah Eddin Street police station in Jerusalem.

Prison sentences and fines

  • Wadi’ Alayan: 16 months of actual imprisonment, a 3600-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 6 months for three years.
  • Ahmad Abulhawa: 12 months of actual imprisonment, a 2000-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 6 months for three years.
  • Anas Dirbas: 12 months of actual imprisonment, a 2000-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 6 months for three years.

Extensions of arrest

The judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Obeid, Mohamamd Abdel Ra’ouf Mahmoud and Mahmoud Dirbas until 10/11/2016, Mo’nes Dkeidek until 12/12/2016, Mohammad Totah until 28/11/2016, Majd Ahmad until 19/12/2016, 55-year old Hasan Zmourod until 8/11/2016, Hamzeh Melhes and Mohammad Arafeh until 9/11/2016, Odai Al-Sha’er and Yousef Abu Jom’a until completing the legal procedures against them. 

Releases

The Israeli police released the child Mahmoud Abu Sneineh with a third-party bail, and the judge decided to release Ahmad Abu Gharbieh on conditions of deportation from the Old City of Jerusalem for 20 days and a third-party bail.
