Isolating 4 young men from Al-Aqsa Mosque…extensions of arrest…releasing a woman

The occupation police decided to isolate 4 young men from Al-Aqsa Mosque and extended the arrest of several children and young men for interrogation.

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli forces isolated Mohammad Abu Mayaleh, Taher Ammouri, Ahmad Ammouri and Saddam Ammouri from Al-Aqsa Mosque for two weeks.

Releases

Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge released Mohammad Abu Farha and Mo’men Gheith with a 500-NIS bail and house-arrest for 15 days for each.

Appeals against releasing decisions

The judge decided to release Wasim Dari and Mohammad Abdel Ra’ouf with a third-party bail and house-arrest conditions for each in addition to deportation from the village of Esawyeh for 5 days, but the police appealed the decision and the District judge extended their arrest until 13/11/2016.

The District judge also extended the arrest of Zakaria Ghrouf, Adham Aweisat and Radi Aweisat until 13/11/2016; the Magistrate judge decided to release them but the prosecution immediately appealed the decision.

Releases

The judge released Qamar Dkeidek with a third-party bail and house-arrest for 7 days, and Fahed Shalabi and the child Amir Obeid with a third-party bail for each. Na’eem Mheisen was also released on condition of house-arrest for 14 days, a third-party bail and a 1500-NIS bail.
