Sentencing several young Jerusalemite men and children

The judges of Israeli courts sentenced several Jerusalemites.

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli judges sentenced the following:

  • Anas Abu Mayaleh: Actual imprisonment for 52 months
  • Mohammad Naser: Actual imprisonment for 26 months
  • Mohammad Abbasi: Actual imprisonment for 14 months and a suspended probation of 10 months for 3 years.
  • Eyad Dkeidek: Actual imprisonment for 100 days, a 3600-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 4 months for three years.
  • Mo’nes Dkeidek: A 160-hour course and a 4800-NIS fine.

Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge extended the arrest of Majd Al-A’war, Mouayad Abu Mayaleh and Fouad Al-Qaq until 15/12/2016 and Basel Mheisen until 10/1/2017.

The judge also extended the arrest of Mohammad Obeid, Tarek Obeid and Mutasem Obeid until completing the legal procedures against them, and the judge extended their arrest until 15/2/2017 for sentencing. Also, the judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Abu Abed until completing the legal procedures against him.
