Deporting five Jerusalemites from their areas of residency…extensions of arrest…releases
The Israeli judges extended the arrest of several young men and children to continue interrogating them, and released others on condition of deporting them from their areas of residency.

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the judge decided to release the child Ahmad Rizeq Aweisat and Yassin Qunbar, Mahmoud Aweisat and Shadi Sroor on conditions of bails between 500-1500 NIS, house-arrest, deportation outside the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber and third-party bails.
The judge decided to release 16-year old Mohammad Joudeh with a 3-thousand NIS bail, house-arrest and deportation to Beit Hanina in addition to a third-party bail of 7 thousand NIS.
Majd Shkeirat, Bashar Shkeirat and Ahmad Farroukh were also released with a 1000-NIS bail and house-arrest for 5 days for each.
Extension of arrest until completing legal procedures
The judge extended the arrest of Mo’men Dibs, Sami Abu Rmeileh, Adel Mahmoud, Daoud Abu Aweis, Issa Ali, Majd Al-A’war and Mouayad Abu Mayaleh until completing the legal procedures against them.
Extensions of arrest
Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge extended the arrest of Ashraf Abu Jom’a, Yousef Abu Jom’a, Mahmoud Abulhawa, Faisal Shabaneh and Ahmad Abu Sbeih until 24/1/2017.
Also, the judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Fasfoos and Malek Sroor until Monday, Mohammad Shyoukhi until Thursday for sentencing, Mouayad Bader until 29/1/2017, Abdel Fatah Abdelrahman and Ihab Nababteh until 23/1/2017 and Ahmad Abu Diab until 24/1/2017.
