Storming into Wadi Hilweh Information Center…extensions of arrest…releases
The occupation police extended on Sunday night the arrest of the activist at Wadi Hilweh Information Center, Khaled Al-Zeer, until Monday on charges of “obstructing police work”.
The forces arrested Al-Zeer while he was filming the occupation forces’ raid on residential houses in Wadi Hilweh, Silwan. He was transferred for interrogation before extended his arrest until Monday.
The forces also stormed into Wadi Hilweh Information Center looking for “stone-throwers”.
On the other hand, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Abdullah Anati (minor) until Monday; he was injured by a rubber bullet last week and was injured with a tear in his left lung and internal bleeding. The judge also extended the arrest of the minors Saleh Abu Asab and Yehya Abed Al-Kamel until 22/3/2017.
The lawyer added that the judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Joulani until 4/5/2017, Ameed Obeid until 3/4/2017 and Ahmad Atef Obeid until Monday.
Releases
The judge decided to release Malek Abu Sneineh with a 1000-NIS bail, house-arrest for two days and a third-party bail while Awad Obeidat and Ismaeel Obeidat were released with a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS for each.
