Prison sentences…extensions of arrest…releases
Lawyer Mohamamd Mahmoud explained that the judge sentenced the child Mohammad Obeid for 5 months of actual imprisonment, a 3-thousand NIS fine and a suspended probation of 4 months for 3 years. He also sentenced the child Baha’ Ajloni for a 70-hour course, a 2000-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 4 months for two years.
The lawyer added that the judge extended the arrest of Ibrahim Kleib until completing the legal procedures against him, Majd Abu Asab until 1/5/2017, Mohammad Ashour until 7/5/2017, Mohammad Shweiki and Hamdi Jaber until 3/4/2017, Abdullah Anati and Mohammad Dar Taha until 24/5/2017, Mahdi Abu Ghannam and Sultan Khweis until 13/7/2017.
In the same context, the judge extended the arrest of Jamal Assaileh until 2/4/2017, Daoud Abu Aweis until 3/5/2017 and Ahmad Mansour until 23/4/2017.
The judge also decided to release Mansour Naser, Ahmad Mansour, Majd Abu Rmeileh and Mahmoud Salah with a 1000-NIS bail and house-arrest for 10 days for each.
