Prison sentences…extensions of arrest…releases
The occupation court’s sentenced several young Jerusalemite men and children.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud said the Israeli court issued several sentences, they were as follows:
- Mohammad Abu Khdeir: Actual imprisonment for 34 months, a 4000-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 10 months for 3 years.
- Ahmad Rabay’a: Actual imprisonment for 8 months and a suspended probation of 16 months for 3 years.
- Hamzeh Khweis: A suspended probation of 3 months for 3 years, a 4800-NIS fine and 1 120-hours course
- Rami Rabee’ and Salah Eddin Al-Ayoubi: A 2400-NIS fine and a 100-hours course for each
Extensions of arrest
The judge extended the arrest of Ibrahim Kleib, Bilal Ghateet and Yazan Husseini until 8/5/2017, Mohammad Mahmoud, Mohammad Atyeh, Mohammad Ashweh, Mohammad Zaghal and Mohammad Suhaib Mheisen until 30/4/2017, Ibrahim Zghayyar until 16/5/2017, Basel Mheisen until 17/7/2017, Ahmad Hadreh until 13/6/2017, Malek Sroor and Nader Abdo and Tawfiq Abu Dheim until 16/5/2017, Mohamamd Joulani until 24/5/2017, Tarek Jaber until 30/4/2017, Emad Abu Sneineh until 1/5/2017, Mahmoud Abdellatif until 4/5/2017 (he is under administrative arrest), Mohammad Batroukh until 1/5/2017 and Mohammad Bakri until 3/5/2017.
Releases
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud added that the judge decided to release Abdullah Joulani (17) on Friday with a 500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail.
The judge also decided to release Adham Sabta, Bara’ Mahmoud and Mo’men Mahmoud on condition of house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail for each; Mohammad Akram Tamimi was also released.
Mansour Darwish, Mousa Darwish, Mansour Naser and Mohammad Naser were also released with a third-party bail for each.
