Prison sentences…extensions of arrest
The Israeli judges sentenced several young Jerusalemite men and children.
Lawyer Mohamamd Mahmoud explained that the judges sentenced each of Mouath Obeid, Mohammad Obeid and Ahmad Abu A’bed for 20 months of actual imprisonment and a suspended probation of 8 months for 3 years.
Malek Sroor was sentenced for 4 months in prison, a 3600-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 5 months for three years while Nader Abdo was sentenced for a suspended probation of 5 months for 3 years and a 6 thousand NIS fine.
The judges also sentenced Tawfiq Abu Dheim for 80 days in prison, a 3600-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 5 months for three years. Ibrahim Zghayyar was sentenced for a suspended probation of 4 months for three years, a 180-hour course and a 3600-NIS fine.
The judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Mustafa until 23/5/2017, Wafa’ Issa Abu Jom’a until 18/5/2017, Ahmad Sa’eedeh and Izz Eddin Abu Sbeih until 22/5/2017, Mohammad Assaileh and Abdullah Najib until 19/5/2017, Akram Mustafa until 22/5/2017, Odai Abu Tayeh until 18/5/2017, Ameed Obeid until 9/7/2017 and Eyad Assaileh until 17/9/2017.
The judge also extended the arrest of Ahmad Salaymeh and Mohammad Mahdi Abu Asab until 17/9/2017, Nour Eddin Mheisen and Mohannad Abu Asab and Nasim Kleib until 13/6/2017, Mahmoud Ashour until 17/9/2017 and Yazan Mheisen until 28/6/2017.
On the other hand, the judge decided to release the child Bilal Ghateet with a 2000-NIS bail and a third-party bail, while the police unconditionally released the child Mohammad Al-Wawi.
