Extending the arrest of a Palestinian woman…sentencing three youths
The Magistrate judge extended the arrested of Hala Sbeih, 43, until Sunday.
Sbeih was arrested on Monday from the neighborhood of Shu’fat after the occupation forces opened fire towards her while she was walking near the light rail. She was transferred to Shaare Zedek hospital for treatment; she suffered moderate injuries in her leg. The judge extended her arrested in an absentia session.
On the other hand, the occupation judges issued sentences against three youths as follow:
- Sufian Abulhawa: Actual imprisonment for 7 months and a 2400-NIS fine.
- Mohammad Abulhawa: Actual imprisonment for 6 and a half months and a 2400-NIS fine.
- Usama Taha: Actual imprisonment for 7 months and a 5000-NIS fine.
