Arresting five Jerusalemites
The occupation forces arrested five Jerusalemites on Saturday and transferred them to detention centers in the city.
Amjad Abu Asab, head of Jerusalemites detainees and prisoners’ families’ committee, explained that the forces arrested Rashid Risheq, Ahmad Rukon, Mohammad Murad Najib, Areen Za’aneen and Mustafa Nimer.
The number of detainees since yesterday until this afternoon reached 27 detainees. Some were conditionally released while other remained under arrest until being presented to court this evening.
The occupation forces carried out a series of arrests yesterday against the youths in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and at its gates after storming and closing it for several hours.
