Arrests and summonses for...Occupation forces storm the neighborhood of Batn Al-Hawa in Silwan

Israeli forces and intelligence forces stormed Bateln Al-Hawa neighborhood in Silwan, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and arrested two Jerusalemites and summoned others for interrogation.

Wadi Hilweh Information Center/ Silwan explained that the Israeli occupation forces stormed Batn Al-Hawa neighborhood in Silwan and spread into its alleys and at its entrances and stormed several houses.

They arrested Zuhair Rajabi, head of the residents committee of Batn Al-Hawa, and Baha Rajabi 20, and summoned Mohammad Jamal Gheith, and Islam Maher Rajabi 12, and Jadallah Rajabi for interrogation.

Late in the evening, violent clashes broke out in Batn Al-Hawa between the occupation forces and the young men, following the storming of the neighborhood and the firing of sound grenades and tear gas canisters indiscriminately towards the population. Many of them suffocated including children and women
