A petition to the Supreme Court to release the body of Martyr Nasim Abu Roumi
Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, filed a petition to the Israeli Supreme Court on Tuesday to demand the releasing of the body of Martyr Nasim Moukafih Abu Roumi.
Lawyer Mohamed Mahmoud explained that the Supreme Court gave the Public Prosecution until 3/9/2019 to respond to the petition and then appoint a hearing to examine the petition.
The child, Nasim Abu Roumi, was martyred last Thursday, while the child Hamouda Khader Al-Sheikh was injured near Al-Silsileh Gate- one of Al-Aqsa Mosque’s gates.
