Pictures- The occupation authorities demolish two apartments in Silwan
On Tuesday, the Israeli municipality demolished two apartments belonging to the Abbasi family in Silwan, under the pretext of building without a permit.
Israeli forces, accompanied by a large number of police, borders police and special units, stormed Abu Tayeh neighborhood in Silwan and surrounded the home of Mu'tasim Abbasi. After emptying some of the contents, they demolished it.
Mu'tasim Abbasi said that he and his family were surprised by the raid on his house to carry out the demolition, as he was able to previously postpone the demolition orders several times, and only found out about the court’s order to demolish the house two weeks ago.
He added that he built the building in 2011, which consists of two apartments;each has an area of 100 square meters, where four people lived.
