Arresting a boy- violent clashes break out in Batn Al-Hawa in Silwan
On Wednesday evening, violent clashes broke out in Batn Al-Hawa neighborhood in Silwan between the youths and the Israeli occupation forces which stormed the neighborhood suddenly.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center/ Silwan explained that a group of young men and boys were sitting in the neighborhood of Batn Al-Hawa when suddenly borders police individuals stormed the neighborhood and started provoking them for no reason. Then, they fired sound grenades towards them to disperse them.
Eyewitnesses said that the Israeli occupation forces used live bullets, rubber bullets and sound grenades indiscriminately in the neighborhood.
Witnesses also added that the forces arrested Hamza Abu Sneineh, 16, from Silwan and injured some of the locals with shrapnel of grenades and rubber bullets.
