A Jerusalemite self-demolishes his house in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber
The occupation municipality forced Khaled Bashir to self-demolish his house in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber, on the pretext of building without a permit.
Bashir explained that he had to implement the municipality’s decision to demolish his house, to avoid paying a fine and a demolition fee that could reach 100,000 shekels.
Bashir added that he built his house 3 months ago, and about two weeks ago, crews from the Ministry of Interior and the municipality stormed his house and handed him the demolition order.
Bashir pointed out that the occupation municipality demolished his son's house in 2014 under the pretext of building without a permit.
