Pictures…A Jerusalemite self-demolishes his apartment in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber
The occupation municipality forced the Shkeirat family to self-demolish their apartment in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber, under the pretext of building without a permit.
The Shkeirat family explained that the municipality issued the demolition decision of the apartment, rejecting any attempt to freeze it or license the construction, knowing that it has been in place for about nine months.
The family added that the apartment is located on the second floor, and its area is 60 square meters.
The family explained that the municipality recently handed them the demolition decision, and then was forced to demolish it, in order to avoid paying a fine of "80,000 shekels", a fine and demolition fee.
